Mission

The Professional School of Mining Engineering is an emblematic academic unit with tradition and identity, oriented towards research and teaching, made up of faculty, students and graduates; it trains mining engineers with an entrepreneurial, critical, reflective, creative and innovative capacity; it produces, transmits and transfers scientific knowledge, research and mining technology for sustainable development with social responsibility.
